A man has been left with serious lacerations to his face following a glassing attack at a licensed premise in Bondi Junction at the weekend.
Police were called to a hotel on Ebley Street about 3.30pm yesterday (Sunday 8 March 2020), after reports a man had been hit in the face with a glass.
On arrival officers found a 23-year-old man suffering deep lacerations to his face. He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Prince of Wales Hospital for further treatment.
Police arrested a 42-year-old man at the location before taking him to Waverley Police Station where he was charged with reckless grievous harm.
He was refused bail and will appear in Waverley Local Court today (Monday 9 March 2020).
