Rector Sari Lindblom has appointed Professor Mari Vaattovaara as director of Urbaria, Helsinki Institute of Urban and Regional Studies, for the term 2022-2025.
- It is great to be able to continue the work on identifying, analyzing, and solving the current urban phenomena. Our goal is to build a more sustainable and equal city, Vaattovaara comments.
Professor of Urban Geography Mari Vaattovaara has been director of Urbaria also in the current term.
