Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Matthew Sailor.
The 31-year-old is wanted on warrant for breaching court orders.
He is known to frequent the Portland, Warrnambool, Heywood, Casterton and Mount Gambier in South Australia.
Investigators have released an image of Sailor in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Sailor is described as being of Aboriginal appearance,170cm tall, medium build with short black hair. He also has tattoos on both forearms.
