Maylands Serious Crash

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a serious crash that occurred in Maylands, in the early hours of this morning, Sunday 2 June 2024.

About 12.05am, a white Toyota Prado station wagon with three occupants and a black Kia Rio hatchback, with four occupants, collided at the intersection of Guildford Road and Falkirk Avenue.

The 28-year-old female driver of the Toyota Prado and two female passengers (29 and 32) were not injured in the crash.

All occupants of the Kia Rio hatchback sustained serious injuries in the crash. The 27-year-old male driver was conveyed to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. The three passengers, two men aged 25 and 28, and a 27-year-old woman, were conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital.

Major Crash investigators are urging anyone with any information relating to this crash, or who saw either the white Toyota Prado wagon or the black Kia Rio hatchback travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
