A message from Services Australia following the delays in processing Medicare, DVA and PBS claims earlier this week.
From Services Australia:
Medicare, DVA and PBS online claiming is fully operational. We apologise for any inconvenience experienced by your members and their patients. Your members can now re-submit transactions on behalf of their patients. Medicare, DVA and PBS online claiming were offline for a period over the weekend for system upgrades. This resulted in a small backlog of claims and slower than normal response times for some health professionals, hospitals and pharmacies.
