The largest fitness festival in the Southern Hemisphere will return to Melbourne this weekend, March 29 and 30, for a weekend of health, fitness, and inspiration.
The AusFitness Expo will be jam-packed with fitness challenges, interactive activations, meet and greets with world-renowned fitness and sporting icons, free samples, exclusive shopping deals and much more.
Additionally, there will be eight live sporting comps to watch, including Powerlifting Championships, the ICN Oceania Muscle & Model Competition, StreetLifting, the CrossFit Expo Games and more.

- Jeff Seid, the reigning Mr Natural Olympia champion, is flying into Australia as a special guest for C4. He made history as the youngest bodybuilder to earn his IFBB card at 19 years old.
- Merrick Watts will make an appearance dressed as a Gladiator to promote his new brand, Posca.
- Olivia Vivian, star of Ninja Warrior and former gymnast for Australia, is set to take on YOHKA, an event that reflects the first ideation of the fitness racing component in the Modern Pentathlon at the LA Olympic Games 2028.

Introducing YOHKA - the ultimate challenge for those eager to push their limits and redefine their fitness. Making its debut at Melbourne's AusFitness Expo, YOHKA's 100m Sprint Series is set to test the most formidable competitors.
This short but brutal course offers a glimpse of what an Olympic-standard event entails. Packed with 12 relentless obstacles, it will push participants to their limits, demanding unmatched speed, agility and power. For many, it will be a humbling experience.
