The Honourable Bill Blair, Minister of National Defence, will visit Brussels, Belgium from Junenbsp; 13 to 14, 2024. During his trip, the Minister will meet with Allies and partners to strengthen international support for Ukraine, bolster Euro-Atlantic security, and discuss Canada's defence policy update, Our North, Strong and Free.
On June 13, Minister Blair will participate in the 23rd meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, hosted by the United States at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. On June 13 and 14, Minister Blair will participate in a meeting of NATO Defence Ministers at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
On June 14, following the conclusion of the meeting of NATO Defence Ministers, Minister Blair will hold a media availability at NATO Headquarters to discuss Canada's recently released defence policy update, Our North, Strong and Free.
