A woman missing in the Coffs Harbour area has been located safely, NSW Police say.
The 71-year-old woman was reported missing yesterday (8 August 2016) after she left an appointment on Glenreagh Street, Coffs Harbour, in a green and yellow car just before 3pm.
About 11am today, officers from Coffs/Clarence Local Area Command attended Plum Pudding Road, Upper Corindi, after reports the vehicle was sighted.
With the assistance of the Dog Unit, the woman was located a short distance away in thick bushland.
She was treated by NSW Ambulance Paramedics for minor injuries and taken to hospital for assessment.
Police would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
