Sunshine Coast police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 75-year-old June Tom who is missing from Beerwah, Queensland Police say.
June was last seen around 11pm last night when she and her elderly husband went to bed. He woke up around 9.30am this morning, Friday September 30, to find June missing.
It is believed June may have wondered off and is still possibly wearing her sky blue nightgown and thongs.
Police are currently conducting enquiries in the Peachester Road area, which is a semi-rural location.
It is possible that June may attempt to travel to the Gold Coast, with rail transport available in the area. June is not believed to be in possession of cash or mobile phone.
She is described as Caucasian, 165cms tall with a slim build and black shoulder length hair.
Anyone who may have seen June is urged to contact police.
