A boy missing from Greenacre has been located safe and well.
The 11-year-old boy was last seen at a home on Noble Avenue about 3.15pm yesterday (Saturday 31 August 2024).
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers from Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following a widespread search and a public appeal – including a geo-target message – the boy was located safe and well in the Sydney CBD about 7pm.
Police thank the public and media for their assistance.
