The missing family near Geeveston has been located safe and well, Tasmania Police say.
The family, which included two adults and four children, was located in Eddy Road, about 300m south of Southwood Road near Geeveston a short time ago.
Tasmania Police Search & Rescue units, SES volunteers and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter conducted a land and air search in the Glen Huon/Huonville area after the family failed to return home from a 4WD expedition last night.
