Police are urgently seeking public assistance to locate a 35-year-old man and a 17-month-old baby girl.
The man attended a residence at Hendon Court, Beronia Heights, just before 5pm this afternoon before leaving a short time later with the baby girl.
The man is transient, and it is believed he is travelling around south-east Queensland in a dark red 90's model Ford sedan.
The 35-year-old man is described as Caucasian in appearance, around 170cms tall and of a slim build.
Anyone with information about the pair's whereabouts is asked to contact police.
