Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Nariel Valley man Darrell Evans.
It is understood the 69-year-old left his home in Benambra-Corryong Road on 9 May to travel by car to Omeo.
He last made contact with family via phone on 9 May about 11am and was believed to be in Orbost.
Police and family members hold concerns for Darrell's welfare as he did not return home at 9am this morning as expected and has a number of medical conditions that require medication.
Darrell is approximately 180cm tall with a solid build, a shaved head and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a dark brown weather proof jacket, blue jeans and white runners.
He may travelling in silver Toyota Crown with no number plates as the vehicle has an unregistered vehicle permit.
An image of Darrell has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
