Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Won Wron man Dimitar (Jim) Lesku.
The 81-year-old was last seen driving north on the Hyland Highway, Gormandale about 1pm on Saturday 26 October.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Jim in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Jim was last seen driving his maroon Jeep Cherokee registered OCP 792 and is travelling with his dog Stormy.
Anyone who sees Jim or who has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Sale Police on (03) 5142 2200.
