Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Narre Warren man Kah.
The 51-year-old was last seen in Hallam about 10am on 18 February.
Police have concerns for Kah's welfare as he has a medical condition that requires regular treatment.
Kah is described as 161cm tall with a large build, tanned complexion and glasses.
He is known to frequent Casey Central and Dandenong Plaza, and travels on public transport.
Police have released an image of Kah in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Kah or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Narre Warren Police Station on 03 9705 3111.
