Police seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 63-year-old man missing from Pimpama.
Samuel Edward WHITE, pictured, was last seen leaving an address on Hurley Street Pimpama on the evening of November 19.
Police and family hold concerns for Samuel's welfare as he suffers from a medical condition that appears to require immediate medical attention.
Samuel is described as aboriginal in appearance, about 180cm tall, with a slim build, dark curly hair and currently in a wheelchair.
He was last seen wearing Grey pants, white shoes an LA Lakers baseball cap, dark coloured purple/light blue shirt, carrying bag on the back of his wheelchair, his mobile phone and a pool noodle on one of his wheelchairs brakes. His appearance has changed from the attached photo and is believed he has shorter cropped hair.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about Samuel's whereabouts to contact Police link.
