Police are seeking help from the public to help locate missing person Travis, who was last seen near his home on Main North Road at Willaston about 8.30am Friday 2 August.
Travis is described as Caucasian, he has a heavy build and a long ginger beard and is possibly wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts.
He may be driving a red or maroon 2006 Holden Commodore.
Police have concerns for his welfare, and anyone who sees Jake is asked to call the Police Assistance Line on 131444.
