A man missing from Sydney's west has been located safe and well.
The 24-year-old man was last seen near the Rydalmere Wharf, on the Parramatta River, about 11.30am (Thursday 14 April 2022), when he rode his electric scooter east on the cycle path towards Silverwater Road.
When he was unable to be located, he was reported missing to officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command, who immediately commenced inquiries to locate him.
Following extensive inquiries into his whereabouts, an online appeal and a geo-targeting text message, the man was located in Rhodes about 7pm (Thursday 14 April 2022.).
Police would like to thank the media and the community for their assistance.
