Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Christopher.
The 47-year-old was last seen in Taylors Lakes about 8am on 13 August.
He was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit and grey jacket.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
An image of Christopher has been released in the hope someone may recognise him and provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Christopher or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Keilor Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
