Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Cranbourne West teen, Patrick Shields.
The 16-year-old was last at his home on Bates Street on 12 July about 9.30am.
Police and family hold concerns for Patrick's welfare due to his age and the fact it is out of character.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Frankston, Cranbourne and Narre Warren areas.
Police have released an image of Patrick in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who has seen Patrick or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to call Cranbourne Police Station on 03 5991 0600.
