Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 14-year-old boy reported missing from the Mango Hill area earlier today (September 19).
The boy, pictured below, was last seen near the Bruce Highway and Anzac Avenue interchange in North Lakes about 1.45pm.
Police are concerned for the boy's welfare due to his age.
He is Aboriginal, approximately 160cm tall with brown eyes, dark hair and was last seen in the clothing depicted below - a dark green hooded jacket with black shorts and a red hat.
Anyone with information regarding the boy's current whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
