Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing in the state's north.
Jack Cuthel, aged 17, was last seen leaving his family property on Irvines Road, Bonville, about 4pm on Friday 26 November 2021.
He was reported missing on Sunday 6 December 2021 and officers from Coffs/Clarence Police District commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 185cm to 190cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair, brown eyes and some facial hair.
