Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Diego Lozano.
The 14-year-old was last seen at his Mount Waverley home about 12pm today, 20 May.
It is believed he may be travelling on public transport towards the Melbourne CBD area.
Diego is described as 175cm tall with a solid build and short black curly hair.
He was last seen wearing red jumper, black track pants and was carrying a puma backpack.
Police and family hold concerns for Diego's welfare due to his age.
An image of Diego has been released in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Diego is urged to contact Glen Waverley Police Station on 9566 1555.
