A teenage girl missing from Sydney's Inner West has been located safe and well.
The 14-year-old was last seen at Leichhardt about 10.20am yesterday (Friday 16 August 2024).
When she failed to return home and was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Leichhardt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following inquiries and an appeal for assistance, the girl was located safe and well this afternoon (Saturday 17 August 2024).
Police would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.
