Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Mohammed Haddara.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 50-year-old for burglary and theft offences and breaching a court order.
Haddara is known to frequent the Altona and Newport areas.
Investigators have released an image of Haddara in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
