2024 was a tough year for working Kiwis. But together we've been able to fight back for a just and fair New Zealand and in 2025 we need to keep standing up for what's right and having our voices heard. That starts with our Mood of the Workforce Survey. It's your chance to help us start the year by making it very clear what we stand for and that we will fight for it.
In the last six years this survey has set the agenda because thousands of people like you use it to talk about what matters to working people. And Kiwis listen - the results of the survey are consistently reported on across Aotearoa New Zealand's media (see some of our 2024 coverage from RNZ, One News, and The Post). It's become a key moment for working people to draw a line in the sand.
This is the year that government and opposition parties start to develop their election policies. It's vital that we make sure the views and needs of working people are at the heart of that discussion. We need to speak loudly on the big issues like income, health and safety, and the government legislation that matters most.
Your voice is your power. Use it.
