Broome residents can now secure more prime residential lots in the expanding Kimberley town, with 14 titled lots now available to purchase as part of Stage 12 in Waranyjarri Estate, Broome North.
Located approximately five kilometres north of Broome's town centre and part of the 700-hectare master-planned Broome North, Waranyjarri Estate is set to deliver up to 4,800 diverse new homes for 13,000 residents.
The new lots, sized 560sqm - 835sqm and priced from $248,750, are well positioned with the construction of the final phase of Tanami Drive, providing residents with direct connectivity to Cable Beach.
Residents will also soon benefit from a new 103-place childcare centre currently under construction at the corner of Yako Mall and Shingoro Street, which is expected to open later this year.
Waranyjarri Estate is distinguished as Western Australia's only EnviroDevelopment and Waterwise accredited regional housing project, recognised for its commitment to
