We're inviting residents to provide their thoughts on our new Compliance and Enforcement Policy.

Compliance and enforcement help to prevent or minimise harm to health, property and the environment, as well as improve the safety and amenity to residents and visitors on the Peninsula.

This Policy outlines the Shire's approach to compliance and enforcement, providing clear guidance and a more structured framework for managing these matters, as well as transparency and fairness in enforcement actions.

We encourage you to participate in this community consultation.

How to provide your thoughts:

Community consultation is currently open and closes 22 July 2024.
