Motorcyclist Dies After Crash At Forbes

A motorcyclist has died following a two-vehicle crash in the state's west this morning.

About 7.25am (Monday 31 March 2025), police were called to Landrace Road, Forbes, following reports of a two-vehicle crash.

Officers attached to Central West Police District arrived to find a motorcycle and a utility had collided.

The rider – a 32-year-old man – died at the scene.

The driver – a 45-year-old man – was uninjured and taken to Lachlan Health Service for mandatory testing.

Police have established a crime scene and have commenced an investigation into the incident.

A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
