Police are investigating after a man was injured in a crash in the state’s south west, NSW Police say.
Just after 6pm yesterday (1 February 2017), emergency services were called to the intersection of Kings Highway and Captains Flat Road, Carwoola following reports of a motorcycle crash.
Initial inquiries suggest a motorcycle was travelling west along Kings Highway, before colliding with a street sign.
Officers from Traffic & Highway Patrol Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 61-year-old man, was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being taken to Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.
Police will investigate the exact circumstances surrounding the crash.
