Two men have been charged over a crash between a motorcycle and a utility in the state's Central West last month.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Mooney and Molong Streets, Condobolin, shortly before 10am Sunday 6 September 2020 after a 25-year-old man suffered a serious injury to his right ankle after being thrown from the motorcycle on impact.
The man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being airlifted to Canberra Hospital where he underwent surgery.
Inquiries into the incident were undertaken by officers attached to Central West Police District, and the driver of the ute, a 45-year-old man, was issued with a Future Court Attendance Notice for the offence of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear in Condobolin Local Court on Tuesday 3 November 2020.
Officers have now charged the rider of the motorbike with five offences; enter inclosed lands with intent, steal motor vehicle, take and drive conveyance, drive manner dangerous, and drive while disqualified.
That man is due to appear in the same court on Tuesday 8 December 2020.
Both men are from Condobolin.
