Northern Territory Police have charged a man after an alleged attempted sexual assault in Palmerston on Tuesday.
The 27-year-old man was arrested yesterday morning and detectives from the Sex Crime Unit have now charged him with one count of attempted sexual intercourse without consent.
He was refused police bail and will appear in Darwin Local Court today.
