The Federal Government has announced that COVID-19 vaccines will be available for children aged 5 to 11 from 10 January 2022.
All children aged 5 to 11 will be eligible for the Pfizer Paediatric vaccine from this date. Their doses will be 8 weeks apart.
To make sure you don't have to wait, it's recommended to book early. Parents will be able to book a COVID-19 vaccination using the vaccine booking platform.
