The Government's Multicultural Framework Review will look at ways for government and the community to work together to support a cohesive multicultural society and advance a vibrant and prosperous future for all Australians.
An independent and expert panel will lead the Review including Dr Bulent Hass Dellal AO, Ms Nyadol Nyuon OAM and Ms Christine Castley.
The Review will assess and make recommendations on the institutional arrangements and policy settings required to advance and meet the current and future needs of multicultural Australia. Among other things, the Review will also consider the effectiveness of current federal diversity, equity and inclusion strategies including for the promotion of people from CALD backgrounds into leadership roles.
The CPSU will represent members' views to the Review.
Please complete this survey and tell us about how the APS can better support multicultural Australia and ensure the APS workforce better reflects the cultural and racial diversity of the Australian community.
