"We are here to help the families, communities and businesses in the local government area of Narrabri who have been affected," Mr Story said.

"This is a challenging time for our customers, and we're here to stand by them. We're offering immediate assistance, including $1,000 grants, to help those who need it most."

  • Loan deferral or reduced repayment arrangements for home, personal and some business loans.
