Police are now in a position to release the name of the man who died following a crash on Pembroke Street, Palmerston North on Wednesday 24 July 2024.
He was William McKinley aged 21 of Wellington.
Our thoughts and sympathies are with his family and friends at this difficult time.
An investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
