Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Neergabby on Saturday, 28 May 2022.
About 12.40pm, a silver Subaru Outback was travelling west on Gingin Brook Road at the same time a blue Holden Colorado was travelling east along the same road when near Cowalla Road, the vehicles collided.
The 17-year-old male driver of the Subaru and the 23-year-old driver of the Holden were conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
A 15-year-old girl who was a passenger in the Subaru died at the scene from injuries she sustained in the crash.
