A 27-year-old old Paradise Point man has been charged following an alleged incident in Mount Warren Park overnight.
Police will allege the man failed to provide reasonable provision for the supervision and care for three children known to him, who were subject to an earlier Amber Alert.
He has been charged with three counts each of cruelty to children under 16 years and leaving a child under 12 unattended.
He is due before Beenleigh Magistrates Court tomorrow, July 9.
