A trio of cheeky, fun-looking birds now adorn a wall of The Cube Wodonga, facing the courtyard.
Skye Cutter is the artist behind the works as part of the public art program, Open Galleries.
"I enjoy drawing pencil portraits of people and animals, striving for realistic perfection," she said.
"My subjects are usually cheeky, fun-looking animals or birds."
The Beechworth artist works with watercolour and pen.
Most of her techniques have been learnt in high school and university, while the rest she has learnt through experimenting.
Cutter's artwork is complemented by two planter boxes outside The Cube Cafe featuring artwork by Tangambalanga artist Mel Hamilton.
Hamilton is inspired by nature and the elements in macro and micro scales.
"We live in such a fabulous part of the world and there is constant inspiration if you only look up or around," she said.
"I strive to replicate some of that beauty and sense of wonder in my artwork; to bring some of the outside world in."
