Following a career change, Chloe Tipple wanted to take on more to 'feed the soul' after turning 25. She saw a recruitment advertisement on Facebook for Baxter Fire Brigade and hasn't looked back since.

Chloe's General Firefighter training has given her a newfound sense of fulfillment and confidence saying she has found a second family at Baxter Fire Brigade.

"Working shift work, I am free during the day. I wanted to spend my time doing something fulfilling and CFA has given me that," she said.

"Everyone within the brigade has been really supportive throughout my training. They were really great at involving me in everything and passing on their experience."

"Since joining CFA, I feel like it has given me something I can be really proud of."
