- Trish Scully appointed as Landgate chief executive
- Appointment follows retirement of former chief executive Graeme Gammie
The Cook Government has today announced the appointment of Trish Scully as the new chief executive of Landgate for a five-year term commencing on 2 September, 2024.
Ms Scully was selected following an extensive search and a comprehensive recruitment process, which included selection panel representation from both the property sector and public sector.
Ms Scully has nearly 30 years of experience in auditing, finance, strategy, project and general management and is currently the general manager location services at Landgate.
She led the Landgate project team that helped deliver $1.4 billion in value from the partial commercialisation of the agency's automated land titling functions.
More recently, Ms Scully was responsible for securing a 10-year commitment from the Cook Government for Spatial WA, to deliver an Advanced Spatial Digital Twin for the State.
Bruce Roberts has been acting in the position since early 2024, following the retirement of former chief executive Graeme Gammie.
Landgate is the Western Australian Land Information Authority, a statutory authority that is responsible for the State's land titles register, provision of property valuation services to government, and maintenance and delivery of authoritative location information.
As stated by Lands Minister John Carey:

"Ms Scully brings a wealth of experience of nearly 30 years across finance, strategy and senior management roles, including her current role at Landgate as general manager location services.
