Property Council NSW Executive Director Katie Stevenson congratulated Ms Clarke on her election to the role, saying her extensive experience and innovative approach would build on Mr Perilli's leadership over the last two years, to enhance the organisation's advocacy during a critical period.
"I am thrilled to be working with Ranisha and the new Division Council as we enter a period of growth and delivery across so many sectors," Ms Stevenson said.
"Ranisha is a respected leader with a strong track record in the industry - her expertise will be invaluable as we navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead," she said.
With more than two decades of experience in the property industry working across urban development, residential communities and finance, Ms Clarke said she looked forward to working with the new Division Council and Property Council teams to position the industry well for the future.
"It's a privilege to be elected NSW President, and one I don't take lightly. I look forward to working with my fellow Division Councillors and the broader Property Council membership to build on the organisation's exceptional advocacy efforts over many years," Ms Clarke said.
"NSW stands on the brink of a defining era - one where the potential for sustainable growth will shape the future of our cities, regions and economy. As the state's largest industry, the property sector will be crucial in helping realise this potential."
Ms Stevenson thanked Mr Perilli for his outstanding leadership, calling out his significant efforts in leading advocacy and strengthening member engagement during his tenure.
"Fabrizio has been a steadfast advocate and leader throughout his presidency, playing a critical role representing members and championing the industry's interests," she said.
"He has steered the NSW Division through a period of major reform, including the first change of government in more than a decade, and he has overseen the Division's compelling program of events, thought leadership and advocacy across all asset classes."
Ms Clarke will be supported by Vice Presidents Steven Bennett, Direct CEO, Charter Hall Group, and Amanda Steele, Group Executive Head of Property, ISPT.
