- Seven new industrial lots released at Stage 2B at Meridian Park Industrial Estate
- Lots ranging from 2,174 square metres to 10,476 square metres
As part of the Cook Labor Government's efforts to bolster strategic land supply, seven new industrial land lots have today been released to market in Perth's northern corridor, as part of Stage 2B at Meridian Park.
Following the release of 11 industrial lots at Meridian Park in mid-November 2024, the Cook Government has brought forward a further seven lots.
Located just two kilometres from Wanneroo Road, four kilometres from the Mitchell Freeway and close to the recently opened $28 million Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct, the general industrial lots provide options to a range of industrial users including warehousing, logistics, robotics, mining services, engineering, and general construction.
Lots are sized 2,174 square metres to 10,476 square metres with the opportunity to amalgamate. Titles are anticipated in the second half of 2025.
Interested parties are encouraged to submit their offers by 2pm WST Thursday, 30 January 2025.
Once fully developed, Stage 2B will support commercial activity, creating more than 160 new local ongoing full-time jobs and generating an estimated $61 million in annual economic output.
As stated by Lands Minister John Carey:
"With 11 lots just released in November 2024, the Cook Government has moved forward to make an additional seven industrial lots available at the growing Meridian Park Industrial Estate.
"Located in the same precinct as the $28 million Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct, these new lots provide more opportunities to diversify the WA economy and create more local jobs."
