Harrington residents and the wider sporting community will soon benefit from a new multi-purpose sports facility.
The existing building at Esmond Hogan will be demolished to make way for the new and improved facility.
With construction scheduled to commence in June, these works intend on providing the community with more space, sufficient bathroom and change room amenities and a canteen.
These works will promote community growth and provide a supporting facility to service an array of existing and potentially new user groups.
The project is funded by the Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Round 4, with an expected completion date of around October, weather permitting.
