NDIS provider, The Flagstaff Group is now based in the Macarthur region, providing School to Work Pathways, Support Coordination, Health and Wellbeing and Short Stays Away to residents.
Having served in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven for over 50 years, Flagstaff is proud to expand into the Macarthur area with its new site in Smeaton Grange. The newly furnished building contains training rooms, office spaces, a fitness area, and practical construction and commercial cooking areas to support our School to Work Pathways students.
What is School to Work Pathways?
School to Work is designed for high school students who have an NDIS goal of getting ready to join the workforce. High school students and school leavers can gain part-time or full-time employment to learn skills and build confidence to get a job in an industry of their choice.
Flagstaff offers a tailored, personalised approach considering vocational pathways, work experience and hands-on training. Flagstaff’s team of facilitators have a variety of life experiences, training and knowledge.
