The paint has dried and all digital kiosks installed in the newest Service NSW Service Centre at North Rocks, making it easier than ever for residents in and around Baulkham Hills, Carlingford, Northmead and West Pennant Hills to access NSW Government transactions.
The North Rocks Service Centre will open its doors on Friday, October 13 to become the 115th centre across NSW and will employ around 20 or more Service NSW team members to provide residents and businesses of Sydney's north west with high quality customer service.
Whether it's a worker looking to renew a licence during their lunch break or a local resident applying for a NSW Seniors Card, people will be able to access about 1300 NSW Government transactions and services in North Rocks.
About 100,000 customers are expected to visit the centre in the first year with six knowledge test computers available for a range of computer-based exams such as the Driver Knowledge Test, as well as digital kiosks and self-serve pods.
Driver testing will be conducted at the new North Rocks Service Centre with the capacity to offer up to 180 tests each week.
The new Service Centre will be open six days a week.
