We've created an exciting new design to upgrade the playground at Golden Square Bicentennial Park.
The draft Concept Design was developed using feedback we received from the Golden Square Masterplan consultation in 2021, where there was strong support to upgrade the existing playground.
Some features of the design include:
- play options for a wider range of ages
- improved accessibility
- more nature play elements
- better connection to the Fairy Tree - a historically significant local treasure.

Come along to the park and speak to the team on:
- Saturday 20 July from 1pm to 3pm
- Wednesday 24 July from 10am to 12midday.
