WorkCover Queensland invites all relevant allied health professionals to apply to be part of a new panel supplying services to workers and employers across the state.
The new Rehabilitation Services panel (WCQ620) will come into effect from 24 February, 2026 with the intent to establish a multi-year Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA).
The Rehabilitation Services panel replaces the existing Return to Work (RTW) Services panel, which expires on 23 February, 2026.
Tender process
The new panel will be established through an open tender, now available through VendorPanel the Queensland Government's new procurement platform.
Current providers on the RTW Services panel must reapply as part of this tender to ensure they are considered for the new Rehabilitation Services panel.
To view and apply for the new Rehabilitation Services panel and for full details, including key dates and selection criteria, visit the Public Tenders webpage and then under Organisation, filter for WorkCover Queensland.
Tender offers must be lodged by 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on 28 November, 2025.
Additional information about VendorPanel
Recently, the Queensland Government transitioned to VendorPanel from QTenders as their tender advertising platform.
All public tenders will continue to be advertised on the QTenders site, however you will need to register your business for free with VendorPanel to access tender documents and respond to tenders.
