New Sighting Of Missing Woman Samantha In Mount Waverly

Police are appealing for public assistance as they continue to search for missing Point Cook woman Samantha.

The 33-year-old, who hasn't been seen since her grey Kia Sportage broke down on the Princes Highway in Tamboon on 26 April, is believed to be in the Mount Waverley area.

She was seen on CCTV in a shop on Stephenson's Road in Mount Waverley about 12:15pm on Sunday 28 of April.

Investigators have released CCTV and images in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.

Samantha was last seen wearing a grey hoodie with a large blue jacket with brown hood over the top, faded blue jeans, white shoes and carrying a white shopping bag.

Police and family have concerns for Samantha's welfare due to a medical condition and it is out of character.

Her disappearance is not being treated as suspicious at this stage.

Anyone who sights Samantha is urged to contact Bairnsdale Police Station on (03) 5150 2600.
