Since 2018 the QUINT Centre has been investigating the quality of teaching in the Nordic countries. What have we learned?

In the LISA-Nordic study, carried out at QUINT, researchers studied more than 500 hours of classroom videos and analysed the teachers' instruction. The analysis focused on specific aspects of teaching that research has shown have an effect on students' learning.

Certain aspects of teaching quality were very high in all Nordic countries, other aspects showed room for improvement.
